Product description
Segment coils are designed for weld seam inspection and come with all types of windings and a wide range of test piece diameters, including flat pieces. All segment coils are optionally available with the patented SMART SENSOR chip for storing information on sensor type, size, serial number, and sensing width.
Various holders for segment coils are available with or without guide rollers, pneumatic tilt mechanism, and permanent magnets.

Special segment coil holder
For very large tubes that cannot be encircled by an encircling coil, a special coil holder is available that will hold 4 segment coils positioned in a square.
